This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and were not disappointed at all. In fact what was great was the addition of the new restaurant roadside. This restaurant provided a great meal at night and seems to be proving a great success. Well done to the restaurant manager for having such a great idea. Again the... More

My friend and I stayed at this resort from December 21 to 30, 2013. We enjoyed our stay: lovely and well-kept grounds, mostly friendly hotel/spa staff and overall relaxing feel to this resort. One thing that was disappointing (and out of anybody’s control, really) is the strong wind and big waves at the sea. I love to swim in open... More

Stayed there in last Sept as a part of our honeymoon trip. We did love the bungalow room. The privacy, lovely decoration and comfy bed were what we prefer for our trip. Just 1 minute to the pool/beach. Despite the fact that the weather didn't pamper us, we had nice stay. The only thing to complaint is the mosquito in... More

We stayed here over the weekend for two nights, and felt very happy overall.. Pros- -The service of the front desk and the man Tung in the restaurant area. They were very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful when the spa almost ruined our trip (read on...). -The room was large and very clean. The shower was enclosed so it... More

The location is brilliant with a nice beach. The beachside bar is small but cozy. The resort seems to be a Mediterranean style and has lots of large clay pots amongst the landscaping. Breakfast is brilliant and has a nice setting. It's a very relaxing and well managed place.

I visited the Terracotta Resort in Mui Ne for the second time. Even though it charges high room rates for its bungalows, I booked two nights for a Seaview Bungalow (336). The landscaping is picture perfect; lots to discover and there are plenty of terra-cotta figurines placed in the garden. The bungalow it self is perfect; loved the huge shower... More

The location of this hotel, the grounds, the accommodation, the staff everything is just perfect. Staff are friendly, smiling and attentive. We spent one night in a room and two nights in a seaview deluxe bungalow which was superb. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and one evening we had dinner which was delicious. All in all our stay... More

The Terracotta is very well located in Mui Ne with lots of shops and restaurant around, the gardens are well kept and the pool is very clean. However, for a 4 stars the rooms are pretty average. The service is inexistant and the staff is not friendly at all. At the reception upon check-in no hello, welcome, no small talk...... More

Lovely and well-maintained little resort at reasonable price for a 4-star. We are happy with everything in the resort: room, facilities, pool, beach, food. Across the street opposite the resort there is one local restaurant (next to the white-painted restaurant) serve good food at good price, you can order anything you like in advance and they buy from the market...
