No vending machines, you have to buy your soda at their expensive store. Bugs flying around in the hotel including the restarants! I've been staying at this hotel for a few months, and it is everything you expect at a Westin. Good, clean rooms. Heavenly Bed. Flat panel TV. Fitness/pool. Good spread at the Executive Club. Good staff. These are the reasons I keep coming back. more

The hotel is very nice. Good rooms, very spacious. The only drawback is there are at least two ballrooms that they rent for receptions, etc. There was a very large party going on the night we were there. We could clearly hear the thumping bass from the music, and we were on the 8th floor! more

We are local, but stayed here one night when our daughter attended a party at the hotel. Yes, the lobby is nothing special, but for us this wasn't a big deal. The room was large and clean and Tramonto's Steakhouse was (and still is) fabulous. We have been back to Tramonto's countless times. more

A stylish, modern hotel right off Milwaukee Road near Lake Cook. Not much else around it, per se, but a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance and two more fabulous restaurants are located inside the hotel. Big, comfy bed and above average service make this hotel GREAT for business. more
