The hotel is very nice. Good rooms, very spacious. The only drawback is there are at least two ballrooms that they rent for receptions, etc. There was a very large party going on the night we were there. We could clearly hear the thumping bass from the music, and we were on the 8th floor! more

I had a quick one night stay at this Westin during a trip to the Chicago area. I was suprised to find such a nice large hotel in the area. Overall the place is your typical Westin with nice rooms and common areas. If you enjoy walking or running there is a very nice trail that runs along the small... more

We are local, but stayed here one night when our daughter attended a party at the hotel. Yes, the lobby is nothing special, but for us this wasn't a big deal. The room was large and clean and Tramonto's Steakhouse was (and still is) fabulous. We have been back to Tramonto's countless times. more

A stylish, modern hotel right off Milwaukee Road near Lake Cook. Not much else around it, per se, but a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance and two more fabulous restaurants are located inside the hotel. Big, comfy bed and above average service make this hotel GREAT for business. more

beautiful inside lobby and rooms. Are you offended by so much of the "look" of hotels these days? This one is so pleasing to look at and experience from the two story high lobby with fireplace wall, to the porcelain tile of the elevator lobbies this place says it was designed with taste and restraint. the heavenly bed is great,... more

Remote area but near small airport for private planes. Rather upscale hotel environment. Nothng for kids. 3 great restaurants in hotel and many nearby. Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaruant across the pkg lot. Fabulous lap pool, hot tub. Top-notch workout room - tv on wall would be nice? Staff is all terrific. Good for conference environment or business travel, and... more

I stayed here for the AAAOM conference and was pleased by the amenities, food and staff. Check-in and check out was a breeze and we were able to store our bags and have a taxi waiting for us at our chosen time. Getting there from O'Hare is more expensive than getting to it, so try your best to get a... more

We stayed here as part of a very large group, approx 50+ rooms booked. The value of the hotel services in general were just not worth the high price, even though our group did receive a generous discount. Bed was comfortable. The Westin promotes its "heavenly bed" so heavily that I was prepared to be disappointed, but it was actually... more
