The guy named Tedd at reception doesn't know how to talk to customers. Even the manager is not customer oriented. These people are not customer friendly.

Good hotel for a solo traveler. The cleaning ladies are very impersonal and dont speak english. This Westmont hotel is of a Budget category and is a two star . You will find several amenities such as : Free Parking. It is conveniently located 16 miles from O'Hare international airport.Perfect for a lone business traveler. Spacious, private rooms with large, nice windows and kitchens.

Hotel can be better than this, but it will cost you more $. For the money we paid Homestead Chicago - Westmont - Oak Brook was a very good stay. It has a small stove, fridge, microwave, etc. It's very good for people who want to stay away from fast food.

This hotel is disgusting. My room had cat litter on the bed spread and staples on the floor, which I only discovered after one became lodged in the bottom of my foot.
