We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. We arrived late in the evening and had no issues with checking in. Our room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. It wasn't great but the staff was friendly. Breakfast was average and the accommodations required us to use two rooms. They did have the best price around but you have to call the hotel direct like I did.

When staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor, the beds are so uncomfortable. The 2nd floor rooms smelled like smoke even though it is a smoke free facility. Forget getting a decent breakfast on the weekends. They run out food and seem to think that is normal.

Hampton Inn has the corner on the business travel market right now. They have a good business model and if followed customers will be happy. Tinley Park's Hampton is great. The hotel and staff were very nice! The same cannot be said for the other guests - loud, rude, unsupervised children running all over the hallways and pool area. It is too bad that parents cannot be parents! This is a nice hotel, and to have such rude guests really taints your stay.

Had to stay in Tinley Park for personal reasons and came upon the Hampton. Not the best location/easiest to find, but it works. The rooms were alright. Had a problem with my reservation which I had made through using Expedia. Arrived late to the hotel and was tired and sore. This hotel has a great location for getting around the South burbs. Convenient to 80 and the Amphitheater. And there is a Portillo's just up the road! A definite plus since we don't get to Chicago often.
