This was our second visit to this very friendly and comfortable hotel. We attended a friends birthday party this time. The food and the service were first class and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good with a great power shower. We will be back!

Stayed overnight and attended a Christmas party here. The function room and food were wonderful. DJ was dull but did keep the floor busy. Room is clean and has a VERY soft bed. Breakfast while a hot buffet was fresh and tastey.

This is our second year of using the Calcot Hotel for our works Christmas Party. The food is great and the Disco afterwards is fantastic, great music to dance the whole night away. The rooms are clean and tidy, The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful and work so hard to make it... More

Attended Christmas dinner and dance on Saturday evening. Well organised, good service and food was delicious! Disco afterwards also done well. Stayed in nice room, quiet location of hotel. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and tea/coffee making facilities. Water lovely and hot for shower! Breakfast next morning was superb and again good service. Would recommend.

I came to the hotel for a Christmas party and left pretty disappointed. I definitely didn't get my money worth. The hotel and function room looked tired and I don't think I saw one member of staff smile the whole time we were there. None of the menu was pre ordered, but there didn't seem to be any flow to... Thank you for taking the time to write a review We are somewhat perplexed you thought the room looked tired we have just spent quite a sum of money on new curtains and chairs not to mention redecoration and lighting. On the whole feedback from our guests is very positive on both the venue and service. We do not offer... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, and it was a pleasant stay. Yes it's a bit old and dated, but the room was large and clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night, ok the restaurant was very 70's but don't be put off we had a... More

If you're looking for an overnight, this hotel will certainly do - it's in a convenient location near the motorway, has plenty of parking & the staff are very friendly & efficient. It's true the decor is a bit tired but it has a certain cosy-ness to it. The bed was not up to standard - too small and not... More

The hotel was very close to the motorway and very easy to find and access. The hotel staff were very customer friendly and I even got upgraded. The rooms are very comfortable and great all round. The food at the hotel was perfect along with the high speed internet that was free. Brilliant hotel

Staff were very helpful. Food was superb. Very comfy bed Hairdryer in the bathroom was useless, bring your own hairdryer. Bathroom a little tired and needs updating. Unfortunately my room was at the front of the hotel where the smokers would congregate. Not ideal.

I got married here this weekend. The staff could not have done enough. NOTHING was too much trouble. My guests had a great day. I was amazed at how smoothly the day went and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I completely recommend as my guests commented on how great the day was! Thank you everyone!
