Its been 2.5 years since last stay here. In the annexe the rooms are a little worn and the bed is sagging. But staff are brilliant, the manager is still friendly and polite. Breakfast was good so I will be staying here again

Our room for our overnight stay was decorated in a modern style and was clean, as one would expect for a business hotel. The comfortable bed meant that we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We had booked the Kennet & Avon Suite for our son and daughter-in-laws Celebration and would have no hesitation in booking future functions at The Calcot... More

Stayed at the Calcot Hotel last weekend along with many family members attending a party at a different venue. It's been quite a few years since I stayed there last and I now remember why I won't be staying there again if I can avoid it. I suppose you get what you pay for and I shouldn't necessarily have expected... More

Here we are again and this time we were in the Wyeborne Suite which is all new to us. It sadly meant that we could not partake in the Happy Hour and sample the delicious cocktails which was a blow! but the food was fabulous, probably the best we have had and we have been going for a great many... Stayed here for one Sunday night at the end of September. We had a double room at the front of the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable staff very pleasant and room was well equipped. Bathroom was nice with a large shower. Can't comment on the food as we didn't partake but the breakfast the following morning was great. Yes... More

I recently stayed on business in the area, be carefull when booking, room said £80 per night, but when I had booked notice 2nd & 3rd nights were charged at £90, a bit excessive for the quality of the hotel. Heating wasn't working when I was there, pretty chilly in the morning, although I did notice it came on for... More

My wife (Deborah) and I stayed in room number 23 from the 16th to the 18th September. The room was clean and comfortable and this is the first hotel that I can remember where the room had been comfortably heated. Our visit was to bring my younger stepdaughter who lives near the hotel home, she had been convalescing with us... More
