I read reviews on here before making a reservation at this hotel, and it was what I expected from the reviews and other stays at Comfort Inns. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the hotel was quiet. There was a chlorine smell in the hall, but our room didn't smell at all. The guest room we stayed in... More

...including indoor pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, tasty & generous hot breakfast, Wall Street Journal & USA Today, lobby computer with cable internet & printer, fax, Wi Fi in rooms, all free. This is a gem of a motel- nothing luxurious or pretentious, just a happy experience & an excellent value. Everybody who worked there was clearly well trained, highly competent,... More

I stayed at this property for over a week over Christmas. The breakfast buffet gave me enough variety to have something different each day. My room was quite big, and I loved the complimentary fridge. The pool was PERFECT! Everyone I met was friendly and my room was always clean. In spite of the family next door to me, I... More

I've stayed at a number of Motels/Hotels in the Chicago area. and can not think of a better value FOR THE MONEY. Staff is very friendly. My Room cost me less than $100. per night. The FREE Buffet Breakfast includes both Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, hash browns, cartons of Milk, small pastries and both Butter and margarine. There are... More

We checked in on a Thursday for a 5 night stay. Our room was on the 4th floor of the Executive Tower. The first thing we noticed was the incredibly strong chemical odor on the elevator. This didn't go away during our stay. They could probably remedy that by removing the carpeting in the elevator and putting in a new... More

It's a nice cozy hotel, I was able to relax in a quiet atmosphere...it's close to shopping, transportation and Jewel-Osco. I think it's convenient if you are looking for some relaxed time with no entertainments. It's very family orientated, which was great for me, exactly what I was looking for. Although I wished they had more options for breakfast and... More

The room was quiet and clean. It had a nice balcony with sliding doors access. The bed was comfortable. On the downside, the room (single Queen bed) was very small and the bathroom in very close proximity to the bed. So basically, you'll be wanting to hold your poop in unless you want your partner to feel and smell like... More

This motel offers free parking and an ample free breakfast, served from 600 to 900 AM, that included sausage, toast, and scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. The bed was very comfortable and the room, although on the first floor and near a busy street, was quiet. It had a safe, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The bathroom had a night light.... More

I've had better Comfort Inn breakfasts. The eggs were powered, but at least they had hard-boiled. Limited selection of teas as well. Lack of a desk chair made it hard to use the laptop. Front desk said my particular room didn't get a desk chair but I saw other rooms with one when maid cleaned them. Desk person acted annoyed.... More

Room in the "executive tower" was okay, not great not awful. TV didn't work. Hallways and elevator were, however, filthy and smelled bad. There are better options nearby, though slightly more expensive. More
