Stayed one night with my husband. It's clean and the bed was comfy. Other good things: free wireless internet, free breakfast - which is really good - eggs, waffles, bacon, hash browns, coffee, juice, muffins, oatmeal - the whole works. That was probably the best part of our experience. It is also located right by the shopping mall, so if... more

Just visited this hotel to visit our daughter in Evanston. This was close to her. A little bit hard to understand directions at website, but we did find it. Not a bad location for restaurants and there is a small strip mall with grocery store (Jewel) across the street. We were a party of 4. Our two teenage boys and... more

This hotel is well located, but otherwise unremarkable. The hallways smelled bad, they did not credit my Choice Privlegeds account for the stay even though I gave them the number, and the drains did not work in the bathroom (we had to be moved). The price was also too high. I would not recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone staying... more

I stayed here on business for 3 days. During that time, I never had maid service and had to ask for new towels twice. The rooms are in need of not only an update but a good cleaning. When I asked to speak to a manager, I waited for 45 minutes and never saw her. The maids sat around right... more

I checked on many hotels in the area and this one is priced well for its location. The room was clean and very large with a love seat and nice view along with nice features like an ironing board and hair dryer. I will agree with others that it is in need of updating, but you can go ahead and... more

I stayed here for one night with my 6-year-old son. What I liked: The rooms were well cleaned, the staff was friendly, the mattresses and bedding were comfortable, the rooms provided ample space, parking was free and plentiful, the pool looked nice (although we didn't get a chance to use it), The breakfast was great (we were able to fill... more

Stayed for 4 nites, overall a good experience. Pretty pricey hotel ($100/nite) for rooms that are in need of updating. Small TV. Old frig. Torn $2 shower curtain. Bathroom smelled of mold. But they responded to our requests immediately (frig, cot, extra pillows and sheets) and the hot buffet breakfast at Don's Tavern is delicious!! Excellent location if you are... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding party. The rooms are quite large and had plenty of room for our "stuff." The free hot breakfast was a nice touch. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is conveniently located with regard to the metro transportation system if you're planning to go into Chicago.... more

My fiancee and I spent Easter weekend at the Skokie Comfort Inn. We did little more than sleep there, as we were in town to visit her sister who is a student at Northwestern. It was in a great location for us as it was only about 5-10 minutes from campus and then about a 30 minute drive to downtown... more

We planned on visiting Chicago and decided to stay at this hotel in Skokie. It was very easy to find, 94 isn't too far away and it's quite easy to get right into Chicago. The employees were really nice and we got free comp coupons for a drink. Nice way to start our hotel stay! The room was clean and... more
