i went to the restaurant for dinner with my friends, the staff in the restaurant are not professional , they were not able explain the food and no knowledge about wines at all have to go out to the bar and carry our own drinks,i will recommend this hotel to stay but not the restaurant to dine in. more
i spent 2 nights in this hotel and found it be of great value.this hotel feels more like home because of friendly staff and efficient service. the rooms are very clean and new. they have all the facilities in the hotel like wi fi. ,pool, etc... it is a very comfortable and well located hotel worth a repeat stay. more

The staff is very friendly. Mr Hall is one who believes in the hands on model of work which is most comendable. Al the gentleman who drives us to and from the hotel is a delight. We pricelined the hotel and in that situation, you're hopefull that the property is in good shape, but you're prepared for the worst. This property was wonderful. Very close to the interestate, which had us very close to downtown Chicago where the bulk of our destinations were. The 2 queen room was a bit smallish, but made up for it... more

Wow, its far and few between that you can say so much about the staff at this facility. Everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, right to the women at the front desk made it a point to not only make eye-contact with you but to follow with a big smile. Pleasent hotel to stay in. The staff are very good and very helpfull. It has all the amenities required by for a traveller and is easily accessable by public transport. Has a few good restaurant around and a few good shopping malls as well. more

the staff was extremely nice and helpful. the room was great and anything we asked for we were given. i come to chicago once every month and i've found myself a hotel that i will visit again and again for the great atmosphere more
Convinient location if you have to stay in Skokie or around. The staff is super friendly. Did not feel A/C in the common areas. The window of the room was facing the inner part of the hotel, a restaurant. No Gym !!! They have some imitations with two treadmills, and the gym is a little pavilion inside the restaurant restaurant.... more

The Holiday Inn in Skokie is a nice hotel with clean rooms. It has an indoor heated swimming pool, exercise room. It has an Indian restaurant inside the hotel. And the cable includes many Indian channels. The location is convenient. It is walking distance to a shopping center that has a lot of restaurants and a movie theater. More shopping... more

A great Hotel to stay in.Taking care of all the small details during my stay, with efficiency. Requests in the middle of the night to the Front Desk or to Room Service, are entertained with wamth and compassion- just like mom does back home. ...And the rooms are spotlessly clean too ... with all the amenities i would need for... more
