Good clean, updated and well laid out room. Friendly staff. Towels and linnens were washed with a scented detergent a little too strong in my opinion, but they all were Clean!

I was pleasantly surprised at the new decor. Obviously, just remodeled and done very well. The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen area completely redone. The staff when I checked in was so genuinely friendly it was great. I will definitely make this my new hotel near O'Hare. WOW!

The hotel is being painted, the odor stays with you inside the room. The thermostat is erratic, I had to crank it up to get it close to 72.
The front desk staff was friendly.
Don't expect housekeeping even when you see them cleaning your floor. It's not going to happen.
