Staff all very helpful & went out of their way to make my 3 day stay a pleasant one! From the front desk, housekeepers & other staff I pasted in the halls all had a friendly greeting and a smile. Room was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable with new bedding although the carpet could have used some spot cleaning.... More

Expected it to be a little more, i dont know...upgraded i guess. Its as if they put down new carpeting but nothing else. I was totally turned off by the dingy gray sheets & pillows on the bed. I had to go to this hotel for a business trip. It is convenient to Chicago O'Hare airport, but I would not choose to stay here. They only had one restaurant, and it was decent. we were three myself, husband n our daughter, king size comfortable bed, no tea sachets, more of coffee n a small bottle of water for 3 of us for 2 days, in spite of requesting for at one more, no one turned up and we 3 just love galloping water particularly at night, if anyone plans a visit better take... Overall I was very impressed by this property, given the hotel class and location. Spent one night coming back from Istanbul and found the lobby, hallways and room to be in very good shape. I knew when we reserved this hotel it would not be great, but it might be nice to have heat in the room. They wanted send maintenance up, but we were tired and had an early flight, so slept with my coat on. Worse part we are Starwood members. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. I was surprised how reasonable the price was considering the location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the room was very quiet especially considering it was so close to the airport. The restaurant was very good. An interesting choice of food and not overpriced. We spent one night at the Sheraton on our way out of Chicago last week and found it very clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows in particular were very comfy. We found when we checked in there was no tp in the bathroom but one quick call to the front desk fixed the problem. Would stay there again! More
