I have been here 5-6 times now and the experience is always consistent. Check in is fine. Rooms are nice and looks like the carpet in the rooms has been replaced. Beds are comfortable. Nice having a fridge and microwave. Location is great... very close to MANY MANY restaurants, etc. Woodfield Mall is right down street.

I was very pleased with this hotel from a business traveler's perspective. I am on the road a lot and just need a place to lay my head and where things work as they should. I was pleasantly surprised with this location and have already made arrangements to stay there again on a return trip.

The Comfort Suites in Schaumburg is a really great location, very close to Woodfield Mall. The breakfast was much better than I expected, with hot waffles and sausages. Fresh orange juice was also provided. As a Choice Privileges member, I was also offered a later check out, with no additional charge, which was good. I shall definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our one night stay on vacation. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We only had two small problems. First, we had a clogged toilet that we had to fix ourselves, and the pool area could have been cleaner.
