“Under Renovation yet Clean”

I stayed for one night. It's close to the airport and a short drive to the university's campus. The main building is currently under construction with a new edition being added to the main lobby's building. I was up early, so didn't have any problems with construction noise. “friendly homelike atmosphere”

I have stayed here many times in the past 3 years. I believe this is the best hotel in the area for the money! Its clean, accomodating and comfortable! The employees are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. They dropped my wedding suite reservations without notifying me; wouldn't return any of 3 phone calls until corporate got involved. District manager was very condescending and could offer no reason for the drop or even attempt to make up for their mistake.

“Friendly staff--Clean rooms”

The manager was very helpful as I made reservations for our group, and she and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms were clean. The internet speed was good, and the breakfast area and lobby were clean, even though the hotel is in the middle of renovation and construction. I would stay here again.

Hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes from the southern end of the U of I campus. If your looking for a no thrills location that isn't harsh on your wallet, to crash for a night or so, this is it!
