This was our second visit to New Leaf Farm. The first was 4 years ago when the cottages were first let. Our re-visit was just as good as the first. The Hay Barn is furnished to a high standard and the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for our Christmas stay (We were even provided with a decorated tree!).... More

I stayed in the sheep shed with 4 other friends and had an amazing stay. The cottage was lovely, clean and spacious with everything in good working order. On arrival there were flowers on the table with a card from the owners and tea, milk and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. It's just outside bath but has some nice... More

This is the second year we have visited these cottages as part of a group of friends. We have booked the same week next year also which will be our third visit! These cottages are absolute luxury and such a reasonable price for a weekend in Bath. The cottages are fabulous and the owners always on hand to help and... More

We stayed at New Leaf Farm in a cottage for two. From the website we were lead to believe there were three units in these very well converted farm buildings. There were, I think, 6 units which if full would cater for 29 visitors. It was full. We were told there was private outside space. There a small table but... More

This was our first stay in a cottage and we were very happy with our choice. The Sheep Shed pictures online do not do it any justice it is far better. The bedrooms are spacious with the most comfy beds. The lounge kitchen and diner all provide plenty of room and everything you need just like being at home. We... More

Stayed in Cow Byre for 3 months over winter. Nice clean comfy cottage with good furniture and fittings, outdoor space, plus wifi and TV. Nice helpful owners. Good heating. A very pleasant quiet place to stay. In walking distance of a good pub.

Family of 4, two small boys aged 5 & 3yrs. October half term holiday. When we go on holiday we want somewhere at least as nice as your own home, and this place ticked that box. The quality of the finish in the Sheep Shed meant not only first impressions were great but the whole week long you found yourself... More

We stayed 6 nights in The Stables with our three kids. Everything was clean and convenient, and Steve was very helpful if we needed anything. The hot water setting for the bathroom is very hot, so be careful of the hot metal with kids, and you might bring a few dvd's (UK) if you want any on hand, but it... More
