We arrived to our room on the first floor, the first thing we noticed was a musty smell. The remote control on the tv didnt work and we were lucky to get warm water. My family and I has a GREAT trip. My boys loved the warm pool outside esp when it was 50 degrees outside. The brunch was fabulous. It had everything you could imagine. Great food! The bars in the hotel were fun. Didn't golf , but beautiful course. Shopping close by. Geneva has awesome little shops. more

I was there for a convention with about 600 colleagues. First, the hotel lied to us about saying there were about 30 minutes from Chicago. NOT!
