We stayed one night to attend a concert at the Rosemont Theater. We paid about $105 plus tax AAA rate. It was only a 2-3 minute walk to the theater from the hotel. The room was clean and modern. We got it for 50$ on priceline. We liked the room and the location was great for flying out the next morning. Only complaint is the 20$ overnight parking fee. Seems a bit steep. Also the walk from the parking lot to the room was a bit long. Would not pay the 150$ rate... more

This was my 4th stay in five years at this location, and with the exception of a mix-up at check-in, it was easily the best. I was at a conference at the Stevens convention center and this was a convenient stay. The hotel is being worked on so don't expect to sleep in past 8 - or past 7 on some mornings. I would never have picked this hotel to stay at if it were not for the convention my husband and I were attending there. The rooms are moderate sized, with a plain, no-frills, bland look to them. Clean, newly renovated rooms. Nice indoor heated pool & fitness center with Life Fitness equipment. Bright and spaceous meeting rooms. On the negative side, onsite restaurant / cafe has a limited menu and extremely overpriced. Closest low-budget place to eat (Subway, Denny's, 7-eleven) a mile away. more

As others have pointed out, this hotel is currently being renovated-in fact, literally half of each floor is currently under construction. PROS: The new rooms are amazing - very contemporary, extremely comfortable beds and plasma TVs in every room.The staff was very helpful to make our experience comfortable, they quickly brought us a tooth brush and an additional comforter upon a call to the front desk.
