My husband and I traveled to Chicago for a memorial service and needed a hotel by the airport. The shuttle service was included with this hotel and did not disappoint. We only waited about 10 mins. for it. The room was fine. The bed was very comfortable. I don't care if the furniture is a bit old; it looked fine... more

I was not impressed with the hotel. The parking costs $16. I dont think its fair to spring that on people who are paying to stay the night at the hotel. They should include it in the price of the hotel. Also, the hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Rooms are just okay for the parice i paid.... more

I stayed at this hotel in May for a few days while I was visiting some friends in the Chicago area and trying to get some work done while I was at it. The hotel is right next to the Allstate Arena. If you want to go to Chicago, go there for a day or 2, it’s just about 20... more

Last evening after a corporate event that this hotel presumably feels that it is equipped to handle, it took over an hour for most of the attendees to exit the parking lot! The parking system, ticket validation, only two very slow exit gates, parking lot layout, etc. added to the problem. In addition, the meeting rooms are too small if... more

After missing our connecting flight in Chicago, United Airlines paid for our room and meals at the Wyndam O'Hare Hotel. After waiting a very long time at the airport for the shuttle, we were taken to the hotel. We had a nice meal in the on-site restaurant which was surprisingly good. When we went up to the room and were... more

We stayed at the Wyndam for night prior to our vacation, due to the fact we were flying out of O'hare. This hotels has seen better days and is past due for an update. My main problem with the hotel is there claim to have shuttles that run to the airport every fifteen minutes during the day and on the half... more

I was connecting through O'Hare and missed my int'l connecting flight. I decided to put myself up at the Wyndham for a night and catch the next evening flight to London so I could hang out for a day in Chicago. The hotel is located pretty close to the airport (not as close as the Hilton, of course). It's also... more

Ok, I'll get this out of the way to begin with - the hotel was nice enough. It wasn't really what I was expecting from a Wyndham, but it worked. It was fairly clean, and even though I'm sensitive to smoke, I didn't notice much of a smoke smell. We got stuck there when our flight got delayed due to... more

I think some of the other reviews below are a tad harsh. We stayed at the Wyndham O'Hare in Feb 09. The property is beautifully done, and the rooms are very, very nice and the temperature was well controlled - we were able to use the thermostat successfully. The windows do open, somewhat, just enough to get a nice breeze.... more

Well...I can see many people had some unpleasant experiences at this hotel. I "won" this hotel on Priceline so I didn't pay very much for the room. I wanted an airport hotel because I had an early flight the next morning. My experience was not horrible. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a room away from the freeway... more
