When you check in, you are informed that if you need to park your car, $16 per night will be automatically added on to your bill. I expect to pay for parking in downtown Chicago but not in the suburbs. I asked if this information is on their website and was told that it is. When I told them, I... more

I booked my rooms for a P!Nk concert 9-26-09. I loved that the hotel was right across the parking lot from the Allstate Arena. The parking fee was $16.00 and the spaces were practically on top of each other, so that everyone hits each others doors as they get out of their vehicles. I booked a room with a King... more

Checked in for a one night stay for a business meeting on the property. The room overlooks a roof with a window that did not close. All plumbing fixtures were defective in some way; toilet flapper valve did not close so the toilet ran off and on all night, faucet in lavatory did not shut off unless I forced it... more

We came to Chicago for the Labor Day weekend. They have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Depending on who you call at the front desk, shuttles are every 15 minutes or 30 minutes. The truth is more close to 30 mins. We once had to wait for 45 minutes. The room size is not bad, however very... more

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere (but right by the airport), so there is nothing to do in the evening. At the very least, they could provide cable TV to help business travelers pass the time. But they have a record low of only 18 channels. Very slim pickings. Additionally, the rooms do not have a refrigerator or... more

My flight was canceled so United put me up here. It was the worst night I ever spent in a hotel! The door to my room was right across from the elevator. I was so tired I didn't even think about it, but all night long I was kept awake by groups of people talking while waiting for or getting... more

I almost canceled our reservations after reading some of the reviews on this site. I'm glad I didn't. Our family found that the hotel more than met our expectations. Our rooms were clean, quiet, and well-kept. Although we didn't use either one, we thought that the indoor and outdoor pools were large and inviting and that the fitness room was... more

We were put up in this hotel by United Airlines due to a missed connection because of bad weather. We arrived at the hotel at 11:20 pm. We had not had any food since lunch and was told room service was open until Midnight. We had 2 rooms and my parents in one room got room service but when I... more

I do sincerely sympathize with the guest's predicament. Being displaced from a flight is frustrating enough, and being hungry and unable to order food would only exacerbate the problem; nevertheless, the situation was an exception with mitigating circumstances. On that particular evening, the hotel had been very quiet and advised by the airlines that we would see minimal traffic. Therefore,...

My flight was cancelled and airline put me up here....ewwww! For a Wyndham, this is disgusting. If I had luggage I would have worn shower shoes. It just felt dirty. Black hairs in bathroom. 1 tiny bar of soap. Dirty carpet. Dead battery in TV remote. I went to the airport 2 hours early to get out of there. It... more

My flight to NY was canceled - AA put me up here. It was close to OHare - and a name brand hotel so it seemed ok. Lobby was fine - hallway was worse - rooms were nasty. Stains on the carpet. Bathroom was ok – but very very worn down. This hotel should have been renovated 4 years ago.... more

We are very sorry that the guest found his room condition unsatisfactory; nevertheless I would like to mention that our hotel continually strives to maintain a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests; furthermore, our last significant renovation was two years ago.
