This hotel is outstanding in all it has to offer. Staff is very courteous and the rooms are spacious and very well laid out. Bathrooms are roomy with excellent rain showers. IPOD docks, personal single pod coffee maker and everything else that you may need for your stay. I love the lobby with the art collection. Overall this is a... more

Our plane was delayed in Denver and we missed our connection and were put up here by United Airlines. What a pleasant surprise. The rooms were first class and the service was good. Room service was outstanding. A great hotel should! more

We got a room here on hotwire.com so we didn't know what we were getting except that it was something like a 4 or 4.5 star room near the Rosemont Theatre where we were going to see River Dance. The hotel ended up being right next door to the Theater (and many other attractions) so we could walk. We loved... more

After a scheduling screw-up by United Airlines, I was forced to spend the night in Chicago. They gave me a discount voucher for several hotels. I checked the Trip Advisor reviews and decided to "splurge" on the most expensive one, at $74/night! This hotel is brand new, very modern decor, would easily be $400+/night in places like LA (where I... more

Chose a better hotel further from city rather than stay downtown and pay the bigger price tag. Despite not being downtown the hotel was quite chic and had enough traffic to make one feel vibrant. Did not stay in hotel much and did not access it's amenities and cannot speak for them. more

Our meeting room was state of the art and the catering was delicious. Ordered room service for lunch one day and it was fast and delicious. Also, enjoyed the... more

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel twice within the past month as we traveled through Chicago O'Hare Airport. The hotel itself is excellent. Interesting high quality art hangs throughout the public spaces in the hotel. The hotel's staff is attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. Problems concerning available options for dining described in earlier reviews have been solved. Even... more

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights on business in the O’Hare Airport area. The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent. Having three restaurants at your fingertips is excellent. Had a great view of the airport and all services with the hotel were flawless. Ate dinner at the Capital Grill, what a great meal. The... more
