Huge, cold building. Front-desk check-in was not impressive and reluctant to move us to a different room also the toilet was dirty. They simply offered to have a cleaner come back in - the hotel was barely booked on Dec 23. Ice Rink, cinema and restaurants in close proximity (10 min walk)

Me and one other guest got tickets to this hotels NYE bash. Since we got tickets late, they were pretty expensive, however, it did include a dinner, nights stay, drinks from 8pm-1am, "party favors" and a fantasy casino. For the amount we paid, dinner was below par and it cost $25 to park our cars for one night. The selection... More

This hotel is joke & should not carry the Hyatt name. The layout is very choppy & spread out like it's 3 hotels with bad signage. Many sleeping rooms are odd shapes that don't work. The closets are small and many rooms have no dressers or drawers of any kind for clothes or on the desks. Bathrooms are cramped with... More

Very clean hotel. All employees were helpful and very friendly. Food Buffett expensive and not very good but that would be my only complaint. Bartenders were also very helpful if interested in thing to do near the area. I would stay again.

This has been our second stay doing a Park n Fly for a trip. We had a room with two double beds this time (we were sharing with another couple, since it was a very short over night - checked in a 6pm and out at 2:30am) The beds were extremely small for two people and the room was very... More

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is a 15 minute hotel van ride away from the airport. It is also a conference hotel. My room was very comfortable, attractively decorated, and, most important, reasonably quiet. I was in one of the towers at the corners of the hotel, so it was a hike from the elevators. I was there for a conference.... More

Money aside from things. I honestly would like my money back, but this review is god awful based on ONE fact and money has NOTHING to do with it. They don't care at all about who stays at their hotels. During my stay, the hotel got attacked by some kind of gas. My room was only 4 doors down from... More

The hotel lobby has an up-to-date look, but the rooms felt a little dated to me. They are average rooms and my bathroom was really small, Housekeeping should have dusted the light fixtures, I dusted them myself. Overall my stay was average, nothing really bad, but nothing outstanding either.

During our stay while at the convention, the staff was fantastic and the hotel room was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay even if it didn't turn out the way we wanted Saturday night. We will be going back soon.

As the title indicates, this hotel's primary clientele is conventions, and it does a great job meeting those needs. I was part of a con with 4600+ attendees and it accommodated everyone comfortably. Nice layout and plenty of meeting rooms. I love that the main escalator has a heated hand rail. Perfect for chilly Chicago. In regards to dining, I... More
