Did not clean the room, I even called and asked for service before dinner. When I came back adn it was not done I called and asked why. They said it was marked as already being cleaned. No one bothered to come and look.

My husband stayed here to take advantage of their park, sleep, fly offer. It is a great deal considering the cost of parking at O'Hare. We got a reasonable room rate with two weeks of covered parking included. The staff was very accomodating and helpful and we did not have to wait for a shuttle. Such a deal!
