We were a large family checked-in into four rooms from 26th Sept to 30th Sept. The prime purpose of our living in the hotel was a family wedding. It has a very business type atmosphere and the reception and staff quite the same. Watch for the billing, you can suddenly find being charged for telephone calls never made and $... More

Next time we visit Chicago we would definitely pay the extra money and stay downtown/ no rental car but it worked out for this short visit and it was nice to be so close to the airport the morning we left. This place has 1100 rooms so it is huge. It is a beautiful hotel and has a grand lobby... More

I went to Manila for five days and decided to try their Park, Sleep, Fly program and it worked out great. Hotel is located very close to the airport. I only stayed one night but the room was nice sized, wi fi worked great, staff was super, and there was plenty of food to choose from there if I had... More

Stayed one night after a late landing at O'Hare. Excellent courtesy bus service from the airport. Driving past the taxi queues after midnight was very enjoyable...... Quick check in and a very comfortable room made for a very restful night. Breakfast in the Regency Club was very good. Would definitely use again if in transit through O'Hare.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We parked our car for 10 days and only paid for the one night that we stayed there on the tail end of our trip to Spain. The day of our trip we parked our car in their covered parking structure. We took their complimentary shuttle to the airport. It was on... More

Stayed four two nights on a business trip everything was great until the room that I booked in the executive Wing ended up having pigeons outside the window I could continuously hear them scratching so I went downstairs to switch my room in which they obliged. I asked them if there is any difference in the room that I was... More

On October 13, we took a flight from Shanghai to Chicago (business class) with a connection to our home town. Unfortunately, United Airlines canceled our connecting flight. But the airline volunteered to cover our night at a local hotel. Two months ago, I made the mistake of using an airline coupon to stay at the airport Hilton. As noted in... More

The hotel is clean and new and impressive. I think this would have been a great stay, even in spite of the lackluster French Toast in the morning and the "pot of tea" that was just a jug of warm water and a few teabags, if it hadn't been for the "manager" at the desk. I booked my stay with... More

I attended a recent conference at this property with a group. We needed rooms and conference facilities for some side meetings. The hotel decided to jack-up the rates for all activities, making their yearly quota in one week! First, the conference facilities are very basic - all is A la carte and ridiculously priced. Additionally, the hotel charges for items... More

How did this hotel suck? Let me count the ways... Our room REEKED of cigarette smoke. The first night wasn't so bad, but the second night it was like walking into a cloud of smoke when we got back. The front desk said they would send someone up to spray the room. About fifteen minutes later, an employee came with... More
