Stayed at hotel for a dance convention, Had called ahead to request rooms next to each other and did web check in so that we could simple get our keys from the kiosk without having to stand in line as long. Checking in at the kiosk did not work and had to go to main desk anyway. Also did not... More

Front desk was a terrible experience. Carina was rude to say the least we did a reservation on orbitz and she was pretty much not gonna give us the room because She said there was no confirmation number after we clearly showed her the email with the confirmation number. This person should be working at McDonald's .. Finally got to... More

My biggest issue is my daughter finding a used condom wrapper on the floor near the chair/ottoman set in the room and then noticing the chair set was "soiled". Absolutely disgusting!! Even worse having my daughter see it. We paid for a refrigerator we never got even after asking about it twice and being told it should be up shortly.... More

The minute I walked in I was immediately astonished. There were statues, glass stairs, and it felt open because there only is 1 roof to the lobby. Reminds me of the Luxor Las Vegas but instead of a dark stuffy gambling plaza it is a bright modern Resort! From the front desk to the elevator to the awesome statues this... More

Pretty easy to find, even in my crappy rental car with no GPS. It's a pretty big hotel so can be seen from N. River Road not far from O'Hare. The valet guys were terrific.....I pulled up and explained to them that I wanted to check in, clean up a bit and then I would be going out to grab... More

Good convenient location to Airport and Convention Center for trade shows. Staff in person was warm.. some felt cold over the phone. Beware.. I was pre -charged my room rate and incidentals of $50 per night for 4 nights.. which was just over $900. No problem with that.. What I do have a problem is them putting another another hold... My friends and I stay at this hotel every year for The Fest for Beatles Fans. (Or, more commonly known as BeatleFest.) It is a very nice and clean hotel, exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt. Their restaurants are pretty good, but a little pricey as all Hyatt's can be. it is within walking distance of many restaurants,... More

The rooms in Executive Tower (fit 2-3 people comforatbly) are larger than Main Tower (some rooms tight for two people). The Executive Lounge on first floor is a good size and well stocked. Some air traffic noise depending on flight plan but air plugs provided. Parking for a fee. Trans to airport. Starbucks at lower level. Standard Hyatt Amenities. ttz

This hotel is great for business travel. It is located just a short distance from the airport and next to the convention center. So that fact alone was a major factor in deciding to stay here. The rooms are good. Nice work area and good amount of power outlets. The beds are comfy and allow for a good night sleep.... More
