Hyatt has always been an odd brand to me, relatively nice properties with a Motel 6 service and amenity set. Attended a conference here with about 900 colleagues. The hotel was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping and food service did an excellent job. Looking forward to going back next year.

My last five trips to Chicago have had me spending 100% of my time in the O'Hare area.
