We stayed here by chance as our flight was cancelled in Chicago, WITHOUT luggage!! The hotel shuttle took us to Target to buy what we needed. I have NEVER encountered such SUPERB service. The room was beautiful and clean!! Flat screen TV, frig, microwave....Will definitely return!! more

The only thing that keeps this hotel from getting a "5" is that the carpet was extremely worn and dirty. The staff was very friendly (we even got a upgrade to a suite) and the shuttle was on time and clean. Except for the carpet, the hotel was very clean. more

We enjoyed this hotel so much, we booked a room for the night we returned from our trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean (always my greatest concern), and the bed & linens comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt. We were able to park our car in a secure garage.... more

We arrived for a one night stay and were nicely greeted. The restaurant inside the hotel is expensive but good, unfortunately the bar closes at 11pm. The walls seemed thin and our fridge was broken; the ice machine around the corner was also broke. The shuttle service was great but I wish someone would upkeep the "perks" a bit more. more

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were small suites with work area, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, two flat screen tvs and comfy bed! Highly recommended. more
