Just like the title suggests. Room was clean and quiet. I usually try to stay at Radisson’s or Westins if I can find one due to the fantastic beds! I had a Jacuzzi room that was very spacious and laid out well with a nice sitting area. The hotel must have renovated recently the room had a 42” TV and... more

We traveled to Rockford from Michigan to visit my niece and her new husband. When we got to the hotel and I got into the room I was given there wasa king sized bed instead of the double queen that I had requested. I went to the front desk and spoke to Dave to see if I could change the... more

We have had good stays at Radissons in CA. So, we booked 3 nights here. Yes they had the sleep number beds and maid service was great. Restaurant was a bar-not what you would take kids to. Place was dated, counter help not friendly. THE WORSE part were the hallways= THEY REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. STANK, STANK, STANK. Luckily, the... more

This was a fabulous hotel. It was quiet the night we stayed so I inquired about an upgrade form our two queen bed room. I was stunned to be upgraded to a suite with no additional charge. The room was fantastic with a really nice living room, large wall mounted tv, refrigerator, microwave and sink. The counters were all granite... more

Stayed at this Radisson over Thanksgiving and had an enjoyable experience. The room was fresh, clean, and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was definitely in the good value received for the price charged category. The area around the hotel offers restaurants and shopping galore. Most importantly, this hotel offered none of those nasty surprises we... more

The hotel location is near the interstate, shopping and restaurants. I rarely stay at hotels with attached conference centers, but this hotel has that and it made for a less than great stay. Our room had high ceilings, upscale furnishings, Sleep Number beds and microwave/refrigerator. I even brought my toaster, instant oatmeal, bagels and already made eggs and fixings to... more

I was surprised to get a suite for less than I spent for a room at a Hilton a few days earlier. The rooms were on the second floor and included an HD TV in the sitting room, wet bar, and a sleep number king bed. And quiet. Very, very quiet. I'd stay there again in a minute. There's a... more

I stayed here for two nights in October 2007 as part of a tour group attending a sporting event in Madison, Wisconsin. The property doesn’t make a good first impression for a Radisson, looking much more like a lower-quality hotel from the outside—I suspect it might have actually been under a different brand when first built. Inside, the property measures... more

Great Hotel! Flew into O’Hare airport took the Van Galder bus that dropped me right at the front door of the Radisson. I was hungry and the agent at the desk recommended the hotel restaurant - I have to admit I was hesitant to eat at a hotel, but I had the shark and was pleasantly surprised. The room was... more
