My stay was very unpleasant. I stayed for 4 nights & 5 days during the month of August. My room was humid, smelly, & there were many bugs staying in the room with me. No matter how many flies I smashed. More just showed up the next morning. The bed sheets & blankets were at a minimum, All the vending... More

When you get to the hotel you will notice the outside front wall is crumbling. Pass the dead birds and all the weeds to get to the front entrance of the hotel. I got to my room and noticed something on the carpet that looked like dried dog poop. Don't know what it was but it unfortunately things did get... More

I was a guest at the Clock Tower for a recent STARFLEET conference. We had a major brouhaha over one of our members posting to our list about the poor reviews of the Clock Tower. Having known nothing about the CT, I had book three nights for myself and my brother who was along for the experience. I had no... More

We stayed here for a conference for a few days and it was ok for that. The place was looking pretty shabby, in need of redecoration and upgrading. The room was ok but nothing like the picture they use to advertise the place. Staff were mostly helpful, but let down by the management. The hotel was at full capacity on... More

For being a modern hotel it is quite old but it do has it's charms. Hotel reception service is so-so, rooms are ok. But for the price to just stay it is well worth. There is a bar/night club in one end called Quark which is a quite nice place to meet nice people. The hotel is really easy to... More

Fire the management team and especially the director of maintenance! This hotel was obviously built in the mid- 19th century and I'm a huge fan of Atomic Age architecture... but you have to maintain the place in order for people to enjoy staying there. I will start with the room itself... The first thing I noticed was the turning on... More

Well, that all depends on your preferences. If you are expecting Key Lime Cove, you might feel a bit ripped off. And if you want a 5 star hotel, you won't want to even bother here. However I had a great time this weekend! So, be aware of these things: Pros: Closer and cheaper than Key Lime Cove More fast... More

Our room was clean and comfortable. The age shows and not the hotel it used to be. The place can be like a maze and very easy to lose track of where you are in the building. 'Restaurant' was closed 2 of 3 times we stayed at this hotel. A bit overpriced depending the rate you might pay. A very... More

I booked a weekend here , and I wish i had read reviews , they were all right , this place is a dump! Dark dirty rooms , 2 towels , we went swimming and had to save our wet towels , they were out of clean ones, no one has put a dime into this place in 20 years... More

This was by far the worst experience of my hotel stays. The hotel charged my credit card for the full price of the my stay and stated that Priceline Card was declined after I paid Priceline the full amount. The hotel carpet was dirty, the towels were dingy, not of the vending machines worked. Paint was cracking from the pool.... More
