I love this hotel however I only ask for a bit more attention to cleanliness of the bathrooms and tub areas. matresses are not the most comfortable but, I have yet to find any hotel that I can rest comfortably on their matresses.

The HGI is conveniently located on I-90 and very close to Starbucks, Panera Bread, Thai, Walmart, etc. The quiet rooms are perfect for business or family travel. The bar/restaurant is tidy and well stocked.

This hotel was very nice on both the outside and inside. It is located in a convenient area right off the highway. The rooms weren't anything special but they were very clean and modern. The pool was a nice size and had a basketball hoop which was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

We stayed here on April 17 with another couple. This was the first Hilton property for them and they were very impressed. They especially like the free breakfast. As a gold level member I have stayed in quite a few HGIs and they are always friendly, welcoming and a pleasure.

Despite some issues with the room, which were promptly taken care of by hotel management, this hotel offers a great service, clean environment and a good location near shopping and restaurants. A good choice for staying in the Rockford, IL area.

Service was as expected from a Hilton, very helpful staff, clean rooms and an overall good experience. The breakfast has a made-to-order menu, which is always nice to start the day. There is a residential neighborhood nearby that provides streets to run on, if you are so inclined.
