We arrived after 9 pm & left early the next morning, so we didn't have a chance to use the pool or check out the store. This is your typical midwest KOA. They had clean bathrooms, the tent sites were in the grass and had some shade. The other campers were nice and quiet.

We used this campground as an overnight stop during a cross-country trip. It is about 5 minutes off the I-280 bypass around the Quad Cities. It was more than adequate for our purposes. Spent 3 days at Rock Island KOA in June 2012 one of the few that has a spa (Hot Tub). Did do a load of laundry, having just come from the state park at Starved Rock. The Pool was great the Hot tub great, the weather hot in the 90s all week. Did not get any of the Partial shade... More

We spent our last night of 25 on the road at this KOA. Staff was very friendly, even when a coming storm forced them to close the pool and adults-only hot tub. My husband and I went camping over Labor Day weekend. We really enjoyed the campground. The employees are very friendly and helpful. When a storm was coming through they came by and let us know. The campground is very clean. The had a nice pool, playground, store and you can rent canoes/paddle boats. We would camp there again.
