A standard Holiday Inn Express. Reasonable beds, nice indoor pool & spa, friendly and efficient front desk staff and a good but not exceptional breakfast buffet. It's not 5-star but we got exactly what we expected at a reasonable price. more

Not too bad. I liked the 2 room suite. The bath amenities are awesome -love the cinammon smell- pricey to purchase otherwise I would buy some for home. Fairly quiet. Suite somewhat small but certainly tolerable. Fridge and Micro. Nice size bathroom. Above average bedding. Above average breakfast with different hot items every day. I would stay here again.. more

My kids and I stayed here for one night while visiting friends in nearby Buffalo Grove. I had driven by this hotel several times and was impressed by the exterior. We had a nice stay here. We stayed here 3 nights while visiting people in hotel-poor Highland Park. Other than highways, there's nothing of interest close to this location. However, the hotel itself is a nice place to stay - we had a very good price on a comfortable, clean, quiet 2-room suite. Staff was friendly, internet worked well. more

It was really pretty good when we went as it was a Country Inn. They had a nice rocking chair outside nice pool and good breakfast. It was really great. Rooms were great. It is a Holiday Inn now though so it may be different. more

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites, Riverwoods, IL on 6/30 & 7/1. This hotel is wonderful. The employees are welcoming, friendly and not overly so. They make you feel like you're home.
