The staff is courteous and very good at marketing. We rented the most expensive room and it was not clean around the microwave. The view of the river is across the roof of a busy warehouse with trucks coming and going during the night. The walls allow you to hear the neighbors pretty easily. More

Paid a little more than I usually do just because I wanted to stay close to the Mississippi river. Everything was above par except for the water pressure in the shower. That to me makes this an excellent value. More

Great view of the river, but both our rooms smelled really weird. The elevator also smelled very strange.
