A very warm welcome was given on our arrival, the rooms were clean and roomy, the food in the bar was very nice and reasonably priced. Our shower was a little below par the water was not very powerful, although others in our party had no problems. On reflection a great place to stay breakfast and staff exceptional. Tariff is... My wife and myself stayed here for two nights so that we could go and watch Wales vs Scotland (6 Nations). Nice clean spacious room, excellent breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely consider booking here again for next years rugby fixtures.

Stated here last year for work as the Ballas Farm Guest House was full. It was okay for a couple if nights. Room smelt slightly, however it was that week it was particularly hit last summer, above 30° some days. Food in the pub was fairly average however. All in all, not bad.

I was away on my own and needed a stopover so didn't want to pay the earth. This place was fine. Not somewhere I would rave about but it served its purpose. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was fine. Nothing more but nothing less than you would expect for the price. I would certainly use it... More

Stayed at this motel during the Elvis convention. Room and en-suite clean, warm and comfortable, with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The owner and staff were really friendly and the service was excellent! The breakfast was superb and so were the evening meals. Plenty of choice of foods. Excellent value for money and we will be returning there... More

The staff were very friendly but there was a lack of them. The room was big and initially seemed quite nice but upon closer inspection we noticed some problems. The sheets had stains on them although you could tell they were clean on. The sofa bed had a huge suspicious yellow stain on the mattress, (looked like urine or vomit)... More

Rated according to the price.... Room was fine; not stylish but large and warm, with a good bed, en suite, clean towels, tea and coffee making facilities, tv etc... Breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff were friendly and service quick. For this price, if it is just a bed for the night that you want, this is a perfectly adequate... More

The staff were continually multitasking ,trying to book customers in and out as well as serve food and drink, room was nice and clean and bed comfy, toilet was broken ,breakfast was delicious and really nice . Plenty of parking ,would stay here again... More
