This property is in bad need of updates and repairs. Mold in tile of bathroom, obvious water damage on the ceiling, etc. The bathtub leaked and the exhaust fan had to run for the lighting in the bathroom to work (a pet peeve).

The hotel filthy, noisy, and in great need of repair. The hotel room had paint peeling, wallpaper peeling, and dirt visible on hard surfaces including fixtures in the bathrooms. We stay here each year during a conference. We bring the kids, who enjoy the pool and the glass elevators. Benigan's is great to have right there, and the parking garage is pretty easy to get in and out of. It's getting updated and has improved over the last few years.

Hotel has potential of being very nice if updated. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Service lacked. Room service got our order wrong both mornings. Leak in sink. Wall paper peeling in places. Able to regulate room temp which was a definite plus. For what we needed and what we paid it was fine.
