As members of this park, a few times a year we stay at the park in the cabooses they've converted into rooms. They arent huge, but for two its just right, small tv, microwave and fridge. right next ot a pond to fish in. we also like the grain bins that are rooms too. support wildlife everyone

My toddler and I stopped and enjoyed our visit. The only negative was paying the money for the bus out to the Bison/Elk. It was horrible, the van was stuffed with people and we were stuck behind the driver and my toddler couldn't see anything. It was disappointing all the way around, even the tour ladies were ridiculous (think 2... More

Searching for something fun in the middle of a polar vortex we found staying in a silo at the park to be a real treat on Valentine's Day! Unique Accommodations beautiful setting no matter the season! We will certainly play and stay at WPP again! Next is tent camping!

Went there to celebrate Mother's Day 2014. We had a great time. The giant slide is still a big hit for kids of all ages! The park has been making improvements and continue to make great strides. More animals would be nice to see. I hope the right people stay focused on the task at hand: Bringing family fun to... More

Stayed at stable prairie 3.They should have provided better kitchen facility for the price. The train ride and walking trails are good. We saw bison, wolfs, bear, badger and deer. I will recommend this place for families with kids and wildlife enthusiasts.

This is the most amazing day out. Lovely walks, lots of wildlife to view, nice little gift shops. Interesting to view the school house too. Things for everybody, so whatever your age, you'll find something which interests you.

At least I think they were badgers. Anyway, the park has some good animal viewing areas. I especially liked seeing the wolves lying together in the snow (perking up when they heard me approach). The bison were far off in the distance, but it was neat seeing such a big herd. All the animal statues were pretty cute and there... More

My 7 year old son loved the train ride and playground near the depot. The park was nicely done with a gift shop and visitor center. We stayed in the caboose for the night. It was a fun experience, but don't expect the comforts of a hotel room. We had lunch at the Prairie Grill. The hours are very limited.

We took our grandson, age 11, to the Park and stayed in Caboose #4. It was "adequate". Has table, two chairs, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee provided. Bath with shower and lots of towels, etc. It needed a little more cleaning for my taste but was okay. Beds were futon in first room w/ bunk above, back bedroom... More

Our second trip here and hoping to make this an annual event. We stayed in caboose #3 and friends were in #4. Such a fun and unique experience. I am in no way a camper and this to me was as rustic as I should go. A step up from "camping". The caboose was clean. Bunk beds in one room... More
