This is a lovely B&B and an idyllic place to stay. Great breakfast, spotless rooms and incredibly comfortable bed. Would happily stay again. Also two friends showed up at breakfast and Jim kindly offered them coffee and toast. Five star service....

We stayed at this wonderful B&B in June, it is located in the most peaceful setting, has amazing views with surrounding gardens that were breathtaking. The owners Mary & Jim were most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of facilities and space, loved the the en suite bathroom which... We stayed at The Cottage on the Hill for a weekend of R&R exploring the Somerset countryside and, expecting an average B&B experience to just use as a base, we were blown away. The house is lovely with the most stunning views - you can even see the Glastonbury tor in the distance. The rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. We... More

Just discovered this great B&B. The location is beautiful and tranquil with fantastic views. Gorgeous landscaped gardens. The food is delicious and we were made so welcomed by Mary and Jim who are very friendly hosts. Lovely house to stay in for a holiday. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed here for a friends wedding nearby in September. Mary and Jim were warm and lovely people who made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to give us a lift back to our car the next day after the wedding. The breakfast was fantastic and they also made my young 5 year... More
