I booked this room for my folks that were in town for a week, and was totally disappointed in the hotel. The breakfast & dinner were both very lame, in fact one of the employees told me that "they are using up leftovers"....the front desk gals were friendly enough...probably the only positive thing. New hotel with bad management. I've stayed at other Homewood Suites but this hotel is not up to the normal standard. Staff has not been trained on customer service. Breakfast has waffle maker but they don't provide waffle batter. Overall food is terrible with little selection. Shower takes 5 minutes to become hot. Many other issues.
