We stayed here over the weekend as we have done in the past. We were welcomed with fresh homemade cookies waiting in our room. The room is furnished with anitques but make no mistake, the bedding is of the highest quality. You could not ask for a friendlier atmosphere. We were made to feel welcome and very comfortable. The breakfasts... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Patchwork Inn. The room was pristine with a comfy bed, nice shower, and some hand made soap. There's a DVD player in the room and a good selection of movies available to borrow. The owners are very nice, talkative when you want to talk otherwise gave us our privacy. Breakfast was delicious.... More

Our family stayed here December 13th for my nieces wedding in nearby Byron. This was our first B&B experience and it was great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Gave us a tour and history of the place. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. Unfortunately with the cold weather and getting in late after the reception, we weren't... More

My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before until we stayed at Patchwork Inn. The place was amazing!! The owners were awesome and treated us just like family. The rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. We were served breakfast in the morning which was scrumptious. We loved the place so much that we... More

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend trip out in the country. Our intent was to hike in some of the state parks, but the trails were closed due to hunting season. The owners of the inn were accommodating, friendly, and personable, and they were able to offer other suggestions for things to do around town.... More

I myself was a little reluctant to stay in a Bed and Breakfast establishment primarily because I had never stayed in one before . My wife on the other hand had, and convinced me to try it. Visiting our relatives in Oregon Illinois for Thanksgiving gave me a great opportunity to try a Bed and Breakfast.. What a surprise!!! Your... More

It was awesome to be in this delightful Inn and staying in the same room as Abraham Lincoln did almost 160 years ago. Stephanie and Bill are delightful and very welcoming. Bed was awesomely comfortable. food was delicious. It's pretty amazing place for such a small town.

This bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Besides the delicious breakfast, bedside cookies and the ability to get a beer or wine. The facilities are historical, but very well maintained. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The private baths were well stock with soap, shampoos, and lotion. But above all the customer service was 5 star. I guess that... More

I stayed at the Patchwork Inn while attending an art retreat. The innkeepers, Stephanie & Bill, were there to greet me by name when I arrived, and were expecting me. Stephanie showed me all around the inn before taking me up to my room. I had read prior to my trip about how clean it was, but I'd have to... More
