The Hilton Gardens in Oakbrook Terrace is in an excellant location in the Western suburbs of Chicago. The price of the room was very good for this location. We stayed at the hotel to attend a college reunion near Oak Park. The location of the hotel was ideal with quick access onto 290, but yet its set in a very quiet setting so we didn't hear traffic at all. We stayed here for 2 nights because the rate was only slightly higher than a typical hotel. The few extra dollars were worth it. The hotel lobby, halls and rooms are beautiful and very clean. One expects a higher level of service at a Hilton hotel, and this one does not fail to deliver. The rooms are well appointed and the staff rates high marks in cleanliness and service. The breakfast offered was top notch, with a nice variety of hot and cold items. The management and staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. more
