Mostly good experience. With only two elevators it was inconvenient for one of them to be out of order for the whole time I was at the hotel. Other than that everything else was great. I called to confirm room amenities. One question was about whether the room had an iron and ironing board and was told they did not... More

This place is a dumb. Do not stay here if at all possible. It smelled. The elevators did not work. The staff was rude and arrogant. You would be better sleeping in your car rather than staying in this palce.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly, The was some confusion, not with me but with another guest, and your staff handled it well. They were helpful when time to pay and split three ways, Although we were short an elevator, guest were patient, Things like that Happed.

What a terrible stay at this hotel. Only 1 Elevator worked had been down 2 weeks prior to my stay and still was down when departed. Food was not good as well under cooked one time and over cooked the next. Was given a price for exec. floor and was not told exec. lounge was closed on weekends not to... More

Only 2 elevators, 1 broken, reduced to using the service elevator which was usually busy. There were long waits for the elevator. Cold water in men's washroom, slow drains in bath sinks, Poor food served at breakfast. Rather thin-walled. sounds from adjoining rooms were very loud. The television was slow to come on line, at times it didn't come on... More

I feel the staff did the job they should have . The elevator and lady bugs were circumstances beyond their control. The food was quite pricy and not food that is usually at hotels on a daily basis. Tourists don't always have transportation to go other places ;so the food issue can become quite expensive. With the reconstruction going on... More

It would not be fair to say this was a bad hotel, it just needs competition in the area. Front desk staff should tighten up their game. I was really surprised that one of their two primary elevators was out of commission for SIX DAYS!!! I was greeted by a family of lady bugs in my room and told they... More

Room was nice and spacious, but definitely not worth the price I paid for one night. Some of the problems I had: -Reserved a non-smoking room, but my room clearly smelled like cigarettes and had an ash tray. I called the front desk and I waited for 45' for them to "look into it" and call me back. They said... More

Cons; We are here for a Conference & there is only one working elevator. A tray is in the hallway with leftover food that's been sitting there since the previous nite. I notified the front desk 3 times & the clerk seemed to have called somebody, but tray is still there! (Roaches are in their future!) There are 2 computers... More

We wanted to stay close to Midway but not have the headaches of airport noise, and this hotel filled the bill quite well. Hotel is definitely up to standard for a Hilton property - clean, very well maintained, and an excellent helpful staff. If you're an HHonors member, the Executive Lounge has an excellent variety for continental breakfast. I would... More
