I stayed here during a recent conference, and found it hard to believe I was in Chicago -- this campus is filled with trees, water, and a sense of being in a large park or rural area -- not 30 minutes from O'Hare. The facilities were quite pleasant -- modern, clean, attractive, and the staff were over the top friendly... More

I love this hotel campus! I feel like I am tucked away in the back woods at a classy resort. This is the hotel connected with the McDonald's training campus in Oak Brook. As you drive back in off the main road, it is wooded and very low key. There aren't a lot of signs or bright lights. It is... More

Traveling together, four of us fit nicely into a double queen bed room. It seems like everything was supersized and we were very comfortable in one room. Housekeeping gave us extra towels without a fuss, and a plus with those, they were not the average scratchy non-absorbent type you find in most hotels. The bar area was roomy and classy.... More

Alright, this place is just gorgeous and everyone bends over backwards to make you happy. I came early afternoon and wanted a specific room with a good view. The front desk let me look/check into at a couple rooms and even had them cleaned "rush status" so that we could check into the room. I am embarrassed to say, myself... More

I stayed here on business and was very impressed with the hotel. It is located right next to McDonald's corporate headquarters and Hamburger University, which was interesting. Most of the artwork featured throughout the hotel involved McDonalds... The room was very similar to other Hyatt's I have stayed recently. Comfortable bed, good workspace, roomy, and a very nice TV with... More

This is the umpteenth year that our company held its Annual Meeting at The Lodge but only the second year that we have actually stayed there for the four-day event. It's always been clean and pleasant. Recently, my husband and I arrived from Florida at this Hyatt on a 5-degree day - already a harsh beginning to a weekend of... More

This hotel started out as a corporate conference center it just feels kinda odd. I can't put my finger on it, but this hotel just makes a cube dweller like myself think about work. Th food wasn't great. We needed lunch at 3 and had only the snack menu at the bar to choose from. Breakfast was in this sort... More

We live 10 miles from the hotel and decided to have a last hurrah during the winter break before sending the kids back to school. We chose this Hyatt because the pool looked fabulous and the price was spot on. My elementary aged kids loved the pool. It is shallow enough (3 feet 9 inches) throughout for the kids to... More

We were in Chicago on a Sunday night, just after Christmas, and decided Oak Brook would be a good stop for a nice overnight getaway before heading home on Monday. For the first time we used Travelocity's secret deal where you don't know what hotel you are selecting until after it is booked. I decided a 4 star hotel in... More

Nice hotel. Rooms were average sized. Staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit hard to find. When we were there we experienced problems with the parking situation and the drop off area in front of the hotel.
