We were there with our soccer team of 17 yr old girls. Here is SOME of the things that were wrong and the managers would do nothing and called us LIARS and that we made it all up! Corporate would do nothing either but pass info onto managers: Here is the list of complaints that we have: - reservations were... more

We stayed here during our house hunting trip. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our first time in the area and Mr. Abid Ali (Manager) was always happy to help us and gave us a lot of information about the local area. Waking up to a breakfast of hot waffles, toasted bagels and cereals was an unexpected bonus that... more

We checked in on a Friday night but did not get to the hotel until almost 11:00pm. When we got to our room we noticed the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed, some of our towels were either dirty or stained to the point that they should have been taken out of circulation, there was mold growing on... more

We've stayed here each of the last two summers for our annual trip to see the Cardinals at Busch Stadium. It's an easy hop to the ballpark, whether you choose to drive all the way into downtown or use the Metrolink light rail. We've done both. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, depends on your mood. The hotel itself appears... more

just spent 3 ngts at the sleep inn..for the money 60.00 a night it was alright. the walls were thin, the hot-tub out of order, the dining area small and crowded. Like I said for 60.00 you get what you pay for. Would I stay again..probably. It served its purpose a place to stay that felt safe and convient to... more

... I came away with circa 40 bedbug bites from a 2-night stay there. There's absolutely no question that (a) the bites were bedbugs, (b) the bites occurred during my 2-night stay at the Sleep Inn O'Fallon, and (c) the bites could only have occurred while I was in my room (third floor). This was the only hotel I stayed... more

Decent hotel for $45-50 I suppose. Room fairly small, just barely enough to fit a portable crib. Breakfast on the low-end of continental breakfast fare. Had the basic pastries and some fruit. Big problem was I had a room next to the train tracks. The trains use the horn starting at 6am which was not what I wanted to wake... more

We've stayed three different times at this hotel within a few days apart. The first was on our move out west. Our room wasn't the cleanest as hair (lots of curly dark hair) was on the bed sheets. I spoke to housekeeping lady who said a young employee had not wanted to change the sheets to see if guests would... more

My wife and I stayed at this Sleep Inn this week after a Cardinals game in St. Louis. This hotel is just OK. Not great, but not bad either. We just wanted a place to sleep and leave the next morning. First of all they had a water break and this hotel, not the city, but just this hotel had... more

What a pleasant hotel! This SleepInn had everything we expected for a one-night stay. It was easy to find from the Interstate, and close to every kind of restaurant if you venture westward on US 50. One wish: The over-the-bed lighting was harsh on one of us as the other tried to read in bed. A table lamp might have helped. more
