This place has a great price and the customer service was there. It has all your basic needs met- big comfty bed, a fridge, a microwave and a huge flat screen for entertainment. The room was really clean. It’s also right next to McDonald’s which is a huge plus!

I stood here with my family for my youngest daughters birthday. We were planning to be at Six flags on Sunday. So we checked in after 8pm on Saturday and we were planning to leave at 8am the following day. On checking in the person at front desk asked for my card and license I said I already payed and he said oh you did and I said yes on Hotels.com. We get to our room mind you it’s not updated it’s old. Upon arriving sheets and room was not clean smelled musty. We didn’t even have towels to shower! We Ate our dinner and went straight to bed. Following morning left at 8 am as planned. A few days later upon checking my account they claimed we made damages of 150.00 and we had a party. According to hotels.com I don’t know where they got party from because we literally ate and went to bed. Please don’t bother trying to save yourself a few bucks and going here I tried contacting the people at the hotel and they won’t answer my calls. They literally are scamming people check the reviews!

Their motto must be, "We absolutely don't do anything more than we have to." The room we got had: Tub and commode area small, barely able to move around while undressing/dressing. Black mold on baseboard in small bath area. Sink was backwards plumbed with cold from hotside and hot from coldside. Cigarette burns on tub. Cigarette burn holes in top bed coverings. TV remote with no battery cover, had to press remote on table to get it to work. Very marginal cleanliness. Drip stains on mirror border, I cleaned off with one of the wash cloths. Drywall was put up with nailsheads/screwheads visible. Walls had peeling paint, under covering on window header was peeling from surface. The only upside was location to the event we were attending.

The room are very old and extremely basic. The hotel staff leaves a lot to be desired. Stay 3 nights for grandsons naval bootcamp graduation. Upon arrival room appeared to be ok. It went down hill from there. The carpet was very dirty, had sticky spots. So bad we chose to make sure we wore socks or shoes when walking on it. Two straight days our room was not serviced. On second day after being out with our Naval grad and family...this is how we returned to our room. Bed not made..no clean towels, trash cans had not been empty. And all the front desk could say is I'll get someone to come take care of it. NOT AT 630 PM. Our daughter and family experienced the same concerns. As well as their room was a Non Smoking room and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. And they had signs posted $150 charge if room smoked in. Enclosing pics. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Stayed overnight with my dad and sister. Bathroom was a bit grody when we peeked in, no toiletries and few towels, whatever. We just wanted to sleep. But then when in the bathroom with the door closed, we found someone's blue Puma boxer briefs. We gave housekeeping the benefit of the doubt, maybe they missed it when looking in on the bathroom because the door completely hid it. Then in the morning, our dad found a matching Puma sock in his sheets. We obviously slept in someone else's bedding. When a place can't be bothered enough to do the bare minimum, they should just give up and shut down instead of expecting people to pay them to not do their fricken job. Considering other recent reviewers have noted the disgusting conditions, one has to wonder if their renovations are actually being done to code. This place seems to not care one lick about actually running a proper motel, so who knows what other corners they may be cutting.

We stayed there for the Navy graduation. When I arrived to the hotel to check-in, I was greeted with friendly staff so I thought It wasn't so bad despite of the bad reviews. I was wrong.. The room had a terrible smell in it like they tried to spray air fresheners to cover up the smoking smell from the previous guests. The sheets were dirty and stained with who knows what(probably sexual fluids). House keeping do not change the sheets for you. We stayed there for 2 nights but we were kept up at 2-3 AM in the morning because guests next door were loud and the walls were thin. I didn't see any roaches or bed bugs in the room during our stay. Would've stayed at the Days Inn or Sleeps Inn if they weren't fully booked. These were the only hotels that were close to the naval base. I wouldn't stay here again.

The place smelt like smoke in a non-smoking room. There was a shelf covered in ashes. Dirt on all the beds. We ended up removing all the blankets and using our own pillows and blankets. My daughter's back broke out in a rash. I ended up not using any water and didn't take a shower because after a 18 hour trip, I would still be cleaner not taking a shower than if I took one in this nasty bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE!

as some others have pointed out the place is older so i didnt expect a lot of flare. I did expect cleanliness which was a huge disappointment. toilet area smelled like urine so we called to have it cleaned.. lady came to the room with a rag and a spray bottle. went to cart after for a cover up spray. cleaning was still very poor and then to blatenly try to cover the smell is absolutely a giant red flag. I spilled zo.e water on the tiled floor and after i did a quick gentle wipe with the white towel. whata surlrise that was. clearly they dont clean ANYTHING in these rooms. see picture if i can attach it., you should just not use this hotel for your own safety. i will be contacting coorporate. The price does not reflect the hotel. we usually stay in Holiday inn so we are not afraid to pay for a really nice room. these sbould be $30 rooms...

Read the horrible reviews and was really worried about staying here. I did not book it needless to say. However, upon arrival we inspected the room and were really relieved that it wasn't a disaster. Clean sheets, clean room. The place has an age on it but i have literally been in worse. Good location to the base and enough stuff to do that didn't require travel into the city. Didn't love it but it worked for what we required.

We got a room on the back for 2 nights while at a Navy graduation. The room was basic with 2 beds, CRT, small frig, and microwave. Breakfast was included with cereal, instant oats, pastries, coffee, and clementines. It was too cold for the outdoor pool. You cal also register for the free shuttle to the graduation or other places. There's an unlimited rail pass for the train for $7 for the weekend so the shuttle probably goes there too. There were a couple free shows included. One was the hand to hand action we saw as we walked to the cool bar Flanagan's across the parking lot for dinner. I'm not sure who was buying and who was selling. The other was the guy in the next room who was either just out of rehab or jail and probably got the room as a part of some homeless program he was milking. He suckered his mom out of a $30 electronic money transfer and was trying to get his connection Jose to the room so they could meet Jose's friend to score. I saw him and he had too much body fat and teeth to be a tweeker. My guess is, with his deep cough, he was looking for something to smoke.
