The guy from Expedia who was booking my reservation told me that this hotel was similar to Holiday inn. He couldn't being more wrong. As soon as we got to the hotel, the entrance door was broken and the front desk girl was asleep. The buzzer was broken so we had to knock on the door to check in. The... More

The only bad review I've to give about this place is the service, there was an Indian man that didn't know debit from credit and had to help him with his accounts and gave out to me 10 mins later for being loud in the reception with no other customers in it. But the worst of all is the women... More

Because it is beyond terrible. We were looking for a hotel for three nights in the Chicago area and came across this gem. The price is right and that is what attracted us to it. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. For $65/night, we got a tiny room that stunk of smoke, mold, and mildew. There is a litany... More

no a/c, no seal on doors, scary as hell, the room was 90 degrees. complete false photo adds. can not believe the city of Niles and the local health department would allow this motel to even be open. I walked into the room and left. Iwas so disappointed I never even asked for a refund. I just got the hell... More

This hotel does not fit the description of any listing. It is completely run down, dirty and in very poor condition. After my daughter and I checked in on a pre-paid reservation via Expedia, I found a room with no A/C, no ventilation and the heater that could not be turned off.....the night was hot and muggy. The front desk... More

I don't think I can recommend this motel. While I did stay there one night, and it wasn't horrible, to me it was just on this side of scary. Not sure about who was in the other rooms (are we ever when we stay at a motel), but I just didn't feel comfortable about something. Perhaps is was the poor... More

We wouldn't stay there again even if the Travelers Inn would pay us plus additional compensation. Disgusting carpet, dirty bathroom. We've heard our room neighbor opening cans all night long and we've heard him barf the content in the morning. And we asked for a quiet room explicitly. We booked two nights but escaped after one. People, no matter what... More

The room was tiny and absolutely filthy. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, and my socks were black after walking on it. There were crumbs, stains, and a few dead insects on the beds. There were marks all over the walls, and the bathroom door had several large holes in it and a loose handle. The phone and... More

Good grief. I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a bit of a family emergency. There are rather few lodgings in this area--surprising as close as it is to an airport. When I went to my room, it was well over 100 degrees inside. I called the front desk and they told me the AC had not... More
