We loved staying at the Willard Richards Inn. It was very charming. Right in the middle of all of the sights. Great staff. One of the highlights was the bikes that are available with your room. Biking became our favorite mode to get around the town.

I didn't stay at the Willard Richards Inn but my family and I rented bikes from them two out of the four days we were in Nauvoo. Bikes are the only way to see the sites. Not only did we love the bikes but the owners of the inn spent time showing us the inn, wine cellar, and shared some... More

My husband and I spent four days at the Willard Richards Inn in February 2013. Since the inn is located within the historic Nauvoo district, every day we walked out the front door and into the 1840's. The inn is beautifully restored and is a real piece of history itself. The innkeepers couldn't have been nicer. We are coming again... More

This is a great place! The location is amazing. It is the only place that you can stay in the flats or historic district of Nauvoo, it is like we were living there in old Nauvoo. It is within walking distance of many of the sites in the historic district, and it is very close to the Nauvoo temple. The... More

My husband and I spent two days at the Willard Richards Inn and had a wonderful time. We truly felt like we were visiting family who just happened to live in an awe inspiring old home. The history of the home is touching. We were treated immediately as family and enjoyed time talking with the whole family. I especially loved... More

This hotel does a fantastic job of mixing the Latter Day Saint History with the German vineyard history of it's other historical owner. Part of the house was an addition added by the vineyard owner, and this third floor room is styled in that memory, while the other third floor room (original to the house) is special for its LDS... My daughter and I just stayed at the Willard Richards B&B on our way across the Midwest. Our original plan was to just stay in Nauvoo long enough to attend the temple and visit with some friends before heading on way. That all changed when we noticed that the Willard Richards B&B offered free bike rentals with their stay. An... More

We just retuned home from our trip to the historic sights at Nauvoo. One of the highlights was our stay at the Willard Richards B&B. The rooms were filled with antiques, comfy beds and the staff ... outstanding and eager to sure their love of the Inn as well as the history! But the best part of all was the... More

What a gréât place to stay off session! I wish i had Time to go Again this summer, however, surely we'll visit their face book page and renew the warm memories we have. Thank you to the Inn Keeper's who make the stay wonderful. I suggest adding them as a friend on your FB.

A stay at the Willard Richards Inn puts you in the middle of Nauvoo's history and in such a remarkable setting. Everything is beautiful - the accommodation is top notch, history surrounds you in this precious bed and breakfast, the owners are wonderful and graciously share little known history unique to Willard Richards and his home.
