We stayed 3 nights right in the middle of Nauvoo pageant this past July. This was our first trip to Nauvoo and the town was packed. This hotel was very busy. We had a little problem and the manager went out of her way to make us happy. Breakfast was great, did not have dinner their, but... their is not... More

We have stayed in this hotel a few times and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and work out just fine. However the price for breakfast is outrageous, and it's not the best. You'd be much better off going somewhere and getting something. This is one of only a few hotels in town so it is... More

My wife and I stayed here two nights in a standard hotel room. Room was large, bed was comfortable. We also stayed two nights in the section across the street (Manor House) with the bunk rooms for youth groups. Staff for us was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated them holding on to our laptop (we somehow left it... More

Our room was in the main building, the same building as the pool and front desk. We only stayed one night. My thoughts: We stayed in a family unit which sleeps 7. There was a full size fridge which was cold and an oven which works, we cooked pizza in it and it was great. The microwave did NOT work.... More

I have to agree with Adam V and ckloveswk!!!! this was a once in a lifetime trip and we had stars in our eyes for a great time in Nauvoo. Nauvoo was great but Nauvoo inn is less than desirable. During the peak season and given no other choice or options I would hesitantly stay again. I would however book... More

I try not to write angry reviews- just honest ones. So, I am going to TRY to be balanced. First, this might be a great place if you got a SUPER screaming deal during peak season for a large family that REALLY wanted to go to Nauvoo on the cheap. They have a coin operated laundry and ice on each... More

I apologize for the way your situation was handled. The front desk person should’ve at least tried to unclog your toilet. Your room should’ve also been cleaned during your stayover. The room that you booked is a bunk room. It is used mainly for youth groups who want an economical way to bring their 100 + youth group to Nauvoo. More

It's 11:24pm and my wife, four children and I are soaking wet having just braved a storm making our own adventurous exodus out of Nauvoo and Nauvoo Family Inn. Why would I demand a refund and take flee this place at such a late hour? Well, after enjoying our evening in Nauvoo and returning to the Inn to enjoy our... More

I apologize for the manner in which you found your room that night, is inexcusable. The housekeeper responsible for “cleaning” your room Is no longer in our employment. Our standards, and yours, were not met. More

I arrived at the end of April, beginning of May. The high season had not yet begun, so not all of the facilities were open. I can not tell you anything about the restaurant, because it was closed. The rooms were not fancy, but were clean, comfortable and spacious. There were not many guests staying at the motel, so it... More

We traveled to Nauvoo during April (spring break) and chose this hotel mostly because it has an indoor pool and is very close to everything Nauvoo has to offer. It was still pre-tourist season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids after spending the day doing... More

We spent two nights here. The place was not full because it was the slow season, but the room was clean, quiet, roomy and well taken care of, and we got a great deal on the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we were in the area. It is close to the... More
