Only stayed one night but this did the job. Typical motel and very friendly service with keys and payment found at the hotel in town. Parking right in front of the rooms, WiFi, clean, slightly small room, and unfortunately the windows did not open so stuck with the usual noisy US aircon. Buffet in town at the hotel was incredible... More

My family and I stayed at Motel Nauvoo for one night. We were very grateful to be able to check in really early as we had driven all night and were in desperate need of a nap and shower. We stayed in the suite. Beds were comfortable. We really liked that there were ceiling fans! Bathroom was spacious. It was... More

We stayed in the suite at the Motel Nauvoo and it was wonderful. Everything seemed quite new, clean and fresh. And there was so much space! It was really an apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. It was great to be able to spread out and enjoy our stay more. The only downside is the... More

Thank you so much for your comments. We hear repeatedly from our guests that they too find this accommodation to be spacious, clean and homey. We're sorry about the apparent miscommunication regarding kitchen utensils. The unit that you stayed in is advertised as allowing "microwave cooking only" for safety and sanitation reasons. We hope to serve you again on your... More

Stayed 1 night. Nauvoo motels close in the evening and don't have on-line resevations or prices. Hotel and Motel Nauvoo are the same owners, just a few blocks apart. We first ate at the Hotel which had great food at a good price. We then checked in to the motel (room 1). A well-kept, 50's "U" shaped motel. Small room... More

This property is an old-style motel. However, it is very well maintained and close enough to all of the historical spots to walk. Clean rooms. Decorated nicely with quilts etc. Check in is down the street two blocks at Hotel Nauvoo. Would recommend highly.

Good ol' fashioned motel, without the roaches. Nice and clean. Nice little hospitality room. If we ever come back to Nauvoo (which I don't think we will), we would stay here again. A/C units in room are very good and make a nice, steady noise at night (we like white noise when we sleep) and keep the rooms nice and... More

Our family of 5 visited Nauvoo this week and we the suite at Motel Nauvoo. We checked in down the road at the Hotel Nauvoo, and then went to the Motel. We opened the door and our first impressions were of how large our suite was. There was a lot of room! We had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining... More

This is a nice, no frills motel, with nice clean beds and bathroom. There is a little "snack room" where you can get ice, hot tea, cookies, etc. It sits back from the street and is very quiet. Very good value. You do have to check in the the Hotel Nauvoo down the street, which is a very good place... More

I chose this based on reviews that said it was clean. That's the most important thing for me and I was not disappointed. I have stayed above the Mercantile in the Smith Suite. Winter rate was worth it. It was more "loved" than our room at the Motel Nauvoo though. I have stayed in the Log Cabins. They weren't as... More

The rooms are clean though cramped, excellent for couples. There is a room bigger but may not generally be available. They use to on the off season provide a certificate to the all you can eat breakfast accross from the Hotel. My son booked this, but the place would have been not enjoyable with two toddlers, so i gave up... More
