Awful! The lobby furniture, carpeting, and halls were filthy (we saw a grape sit against the office door frame the entire week), ice machines broken or leaking water all over the floor, door keys/cards were constantly unprogrammed (never mind our group had a contract for the entire week), no hot water for several days, rooms smelled mildewy/moldy... When we first arrived, lobby was an old room in the back of the quality inn. Check in time is at 3. We arrived at 430 and were told some rooms werent clean. The first room we recieved was very dirty.
