This hotel is o.k. , my first room was terrible. In the bathroom shower was a dirty washcloth hanging and a used bar of soap. All signs of a not clean bathroom . I stay in Mattoon very frequently (more than once per week) and have stayed in various hotels. This one is the best in the area. The desk clerks are seriously the best I have encountered in my travels anywhere. They are very helpful; the hotel is clean and in good repair. more
