Best hotel in Matteson, IL. Everytime I visit the South Chicago area, I stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable; and the price is well-worth the stay.

Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks for business and the staff and facility were outstanding. Easy to get to right off I-57 & lots of shopping & food choices close by. Quiet & comfortable rooms, clean and an excellent housekeeping staff. Welcoming front desk folks every time I came in or left. Great stay and I'd recommend it for work... More

Great hotel. Just make sure you are not in a room on the 1st floor next to the storage room that also serves as a reception room. You also do not want people in the room above you that sound like they are wrestling until 12 midnight.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! Gave our reserved rooms away and laughed. Too bad. ha ha. Don't believe the stated "guaranteed late arrival". Even they don't believe it. Maybe the clerk was having a bad night? But, they turned away 6 rooms. With no help to resolve it.

Had a wonderful experience. Everything was great. the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was really big. The air conditions could really be improved upon. Love the little bags they gave us upon leaving it was great for the plane.

Eveything was great the room, the staff, and pool. The beds are the most comfortable thing to sleep. The thing I was dissatisfed with the bill they over billed and I had call on this. The corrected the bill but it did make me a little uncomfortable going forward.

Quiet location, easy access to interstate/hwy, spacious , clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly... we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and 24 hr coffee/tea bar. We were also provided bottled water on arrival. Overall no complaints.

Hotel is somewhat above average - one could nitpick a few things - but overall the facilities are nice. The staff here is amazing. We stayed for three nights and encountered multiple staff and all were intentionally helpful. Would come for the staff experience alone.

Do not use the hotel if in a wheelchair. I do not know how to rate it because the hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the people who worked their were very nice. They could not give us a room for us that had wheelchair assessable shower, they said it was permanently assigned.

My stay was great! Thanks to the staff! I will be returning soon, everything was amazing, the only issue was the pool. There was just too much chlorine in the pool. They should really consider a way to change that many of the children complained about burning and red eyes when they left the pool.
