I travel frequently for work and almost always stay at Hilton properties. However, this trip was somewhat disappointing. Check in was fairly smooth and the hotel has a cocktail hour from 5 to 6:30 where you get a coupon for 2 drinks and there are chips and crackers. This was nice, but could not cash in both coupons at once... more

One of the BEST Hamptons we have ever stayed at! The room was immaculate, roomy, and the beds were EXCELLENT! They had those lovely white down comforters, feathery white pillows, a bed tray that you could use for reading or working, an excellent breakfast buffet, and exceptionally well staffed..... In early October 2006 we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Marion Illinois. It was above average and I would highly recommend it. The staff was friendly, the rooms spotless, newer furnishings and the beds very comfortable. more

My husband and I stayed here for one night while apartment hunting. Hampton Inn has done a lot of updating. Their beds are comfortable and high up off the ground. The have free high-speed internet in the rooms and wireless internet in the lobby. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and mouthwash all have a "relaxation" theme. Very nice and easy... more

I stop here often since it is the 1/2 point of my trip from Florida to the UP of Michigan. Friendly staff, especially the cook/bartender who came in extra early the morning to cook since we were leaving early and we would have missed the breakfast buffet. Nice Happy hour in evening.
