The facility is a bit worn, but nothing was falling apart. Everything worked properly. Heater was more than adequate, almost instant hot water with enough water pressure that you could engage in hydraulic mining with it. (OK...I might have exaggerated a bit there.) The bathroom door had some of the veneer missing and the woodwork had some spots that I... More

Most one stars barely have any amenities. This hotel has nice pool,hottub,gym,washer/dryer,breakfast,40 inch TV mounted in room. Good room size, clean, good location. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants nearby.

This is our second stop at Econo Lodge from Wisconsin (first time was 3 years ago in a snow storm after Christmas ). We enjoyed our stay so it was a shoe in to stay again. Breakfast was ok for getting back on the road; my only complaint is that they need more luggage carts.

This is a great place to stay, clean, safe and good value for money. If you need anything just ask - the management is professional and approachable. I have stayed here many times and it was always a pleasure. I fully recommend this hotel. It is also close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is just 10 minutes from Marion... More

I stayed for two nights while visiting family attending SIU. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included waffles, cereal and fruit. (I was very leery about booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again).

The rate for the Hotel was reasonable. It has an indoor pool and hot tub, however we did not have time to use them. The employees were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room quite. Our room smelled of smoke. The hall ways and entrances are not secure, but we did not have any problems, and neighborhood seems ok.... More

This motel is old but was clean and the staff was nice. Although I was told the password to the free WiFi and I did not ask. The breakfast was ok for the price of the stay, but some of the breakfast items were empty when we came to have breakfast. at 0800. All in all it is a good... More
