It's apparent that this hotel was recently remodeled, the room furnishings are new, but the walls are still incredibly thin - I could hear my neighbor snoring (loudly) all night! The plumbing was also an issue, the toilet seemed to be running all night long. My room smelled of mildew, though no mold was visible and it appeared relatively clean.... More

I stayed there one night as part of a work trip. The hotel was nice with a large lobby bar and restaurant. While there there were a lot of students around. I was told their dorm had mold in it and they were put up in this hotel. I requested a quiet room away from them and got one. Breakfast... More

We stayed at the Hyatt for two nights this past weekend while my wife attended her 55th reunion of the class of1959 Glenbard High School. The Hyatt was the host hotel for out-of-town participants, as well as for Friday night activities. It is a very large, imposing structure with easy access to nearby expressways. Entering the hotel we came through... More

We stayed here for about a week while attending a wedding in the area. Everyone was vey nice and service was great. We booked through an online site and got a great deal with breakfast included in our rate. The breakfast was really great and had a food selection of pastries etc.

We stayed here for a wedding that was held @ Seven Bridges Golf Course few miles down the road. Bride blocked several rooms for out of town guests. In general for the price not bad place, room was nice and was clean. We had no issues getting the king size bed we had requested, although I heard that several other... More

Hotel exterior looks nice, next to highway but there is nothing nearby really. The rooms are okay, beds are hard. The business center is setup like a public library everything is bolted to the desk, you pay to use a computer, pay 50 cents per page to print. Guests on the first floor can apparently smoke so if you don't... More

I was part of a bridal party staying at the hotel and I cannot tell you how stunned I'm with the low service we received from this hotel. Below is the laundry list of wrong-doings on the Hotel's end. 1.) We called prior to arrival and asked for just the brides room and bride's mothers room to be ready upon... More

This hotel was very close to the Morton Arboretum, which we were visiting for the day.The room was spacious, clean, and was arranged nicely to give a separate sleeping area and sitting/work area. The pool water was absolutely just right. It was cool, not shockingly cold. Very refreshing. And the hot tub was also at a great temperature and could... More

Look - the area around this hotel is lovely...Morton Arboretum is nearby, and if you go a bit further you can find a Walmart and McD's to the North and a Starbucks to the South. Parking was a challenge unless you could find a spot right out front. The entrance is laid out by an anally retentive control freak. Instead... More

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is a good value, especially compared with staying downtown, and going into the city is easy and takes about 30 minutes. (Depending on traffic). The last remodel they did was nice but is starting to show some wear. But my complaint about the service has to do with the fact that,... More
