“worst of the worst”

We have used Hotwire on numerous occasion and have always been very happy with the results, but I must comment on the Ramada in Joliet, IL, this was by far the worst of the worst. My apologizes to the guest that encountered problems during her stay. We were in the process of changing the carpet in the breakfast/lobby area and the furniture was unorganized. Also, we had just received new linen and apparently the housekeeping staff did not wash it before putting it in the rooms, therefore, it had that scratchy feel. I invited the...
