My husband I stayed at the Red Roof for 1 night to attend a wedding in the area. Using our AAA Membership discount, our King Room was $70.00 including taxes. The check in was fast and the person at the front office was very nice. Our room included a small fridge and microwave. The room was clean and the AC... more

Traveling to my son's wedding in SD, this was a one night stop over on they way. The hotel desk person was nice enough. Outside seemed nice. As soon as I opened the door to my room, I knew we made a mistake. It has a terrible stale smell. There were not enough towels. I did go to the desk... more

My husband and I were driving to Indiana and needed a place to crash for a few hours. The staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It looked like the curtain rod was a little worse for the wear, but it was a curtain rod and we weren't concerned.... more

I was travelling alone to Wisconsin and needed to stop for the night . After being stuck in traffic took the first hotel off the highway. The rate was excellent - $50 for one King bed, but the room was very tiny, very little room to move around once me and my suitcase were inside. The bed was comfortable enough... more

When we made our reservations through AAA, our agent called and told them we were traveling through form NY to NE. She also informed them we had a dog. We were guaranteed a non smoking room so we paid in advance for the hotel. When we arrived all seemed well, until the clerk, who was not very kind, informed us... more

I notice that all of the reviews below are dated from visits in 2004. I stay at this hotel usually twice a year, and almost always find it to be pleasant and quiet, with friendly staff. more

First off, to correct the post above, Red Roof is not affiliated with Super 8. The hotel isn't bad if you don't mind cops coming in the middle of the night and a bunch of people hanging around outside smoking weed. more

It's a dump!

Know wonder this hotel was the only one with a room! It was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The smell was disgusting old smoke, yet it was suppose to be a no smoking room. There were burn marks on the floor in the bathroom, the carpet was bulging all over the room, the sheets had what looked... more

The whole town was sold out due to various amateur sports events in the area. The desk clerk at the Best Western found us a room at the Red Roof Inn. I never bad-mouthed a Red Roof before, but this one is an exception. Zero ammenities and not even coffee in the lobby. We left that dump as soon as... more
