We stay at La Quintas alot as usually this chain gives you a decent room for a great price. All the hotels in this class seem about the same to me except when you stay at a La Quinta you don't feel like you paid too much. Plus most La Quintas are pet-friendly and that's a big plus when you... more

We stayed at this hotel while attending Fright Fest at Six Flags Great America. We got a GREAT deal on priceline! The hotel staff was courteous. The rooms were very clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrell, and IHOP all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the continental breakfast was... more

We needed a last minute place to stay for one night. After researching the property on Tripadvisor, we made our reservation directly with the desk as a walk-up. The staff was courteous and efficient. We were not charged anymore than had been advertised on the internet. The hotel appears to be a new facility. Our room was very clean, average... more

Booked this hotel through hotwire for $49/night. It was well-worth it. It's right off I-94 and within walking distance of several restaurants. We drove to the Six Flags, which was only a few blocks away. Our room was nice - liked the thermostat on the wall... kept the room just the right temperature. The location of sink/counter right in/behind the... more

My wife and I (26 & 24) stayed at the La Quinta on a Sunday night while visiting Six Flags. Being young we decided that walking would be easy enough. We arrived at 9:30 AM and the hotel had no problem letting us park while we walked to Six Flags. The walk is about a mile and was easy on... more

Hotel was clean and our room was clean. Our room was very small, not big enough for a family of 4. The front desk was nice enough. Close to 6 flags. Decent value for what we paid for it. more

We had planned our trip to Six Flags for a weekend get away but we didn't want to pay up to $25 in parking! So we found La Quinta Hotel. They are 1 mile away from the park. It is not a bad walk at all. WE knew we would be walking all day anyway so it really didn't matter... more

Inexpensive room right off of I-94 that was very clean and had a nice continental breakfast. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience; my only complaint was the beds seemed smaller than a normal double bed (two adults was a tight fit!) but they were comfortable and the price was so right we... more

Got this hotel via priceline for $55/night. Hotel was right off the expressway (I-94). Clean, but typically small, rooms.Temperature controlled by thermostat, rather than selector switch on heating/cooling unit. Bathroom has toilet and tub/shower in it, sink is in entrance "hall" of room. Furnishings were in good shape and room rate included free wireless access and continental breakfast with waffles.... more

Hi there, I just got back from spending 5 days at the La Quinta Inn located in Gurnee IL. I want to say that the service was great from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very helpful from supplying any extras I needed, such as a forgotten toothbrush and other items and quickly at that. I was... more
