Very close to several restaurants

Cons:
Main parking lot is in back, a little creepy
No elevators
Ice machine only on ground floor
Pillows are very cheap

The typical rate for this hotel is $79.99 plus tax, but if you try priceline and name your own price you can get them to accept $68.00.
I expected very little from the continental breakfast, but was surprised to discover a nice variety of juices, homemade biscuits and gravy, raisin bread, strudell (sp?), egg muffins, etc.

We stayed there on a Friday night and arrived around 8:30. Unfortunately, there are few restaurants that are nearby that are open past 9:00. We elected to walk across the street to an Italian restaurant next to the Econo Lodge. I would not recommend going there. We entered what appeared to be a nicer Italian restaurant (but were welcomed with Metal music playing). The food was mediocre... more
